Pre-processing and safety glass machines

The Glaston Group of Finland, that now incorporates the Tamglass and Bavelloni trademarks, will present its product range of Bavelloni pre-processing machines and Tamglass safety glass machines. Bavelloni Spa, now Glaston Italy Spa will offer the NRG 250-3, VT 1301 T CN, Syncro, PowerSeam, and the BHF shower door furnace. Tamglass Ltd. Oy, now Glaston Services Limited Ltd. Oy, will present the Sonic tempering machine. The NRG 250-3 is a compact computer-numerically-controlled machine for complex flat glass processing such as drilling, milling and grinding. It handles glass thicknesses from .12 inches to .75 inches. It has an integrated safety fence with sliding door, and is available with left and right configuration and a 10-position tools store. The VT 1301 T CN is a vertical drilling/milling machine for processing medium-sized sheets, mainly glass doors and shutters that may also require tempering, as well as shower door notches. The machine features brushless motorizations, sliding on ball guides and Siemens control equipment. The Syncro cutting system comes in a range of models featuring high quality cutting on every thickness, according to a company release. The MTS 37/27 C model, constructed with belts for automatic movement of glass sheet, integrates automatic loading, cuts and breaks lines. The Powerseam glass grinding machine handles varying glass thicknesses and sizes. It will automatically set up, measure the glass sheet dimensions and adapt to its thickness. It is suitable for applications that need seaming done before tempering, and for production of insulating glass and structural glazing, solar panels, shelves, doors and interior design items to be inserted into profiles. The BHF shower door furnace processes high quality glass for tempering all glass types and thicknesses including low-E. Tamglass Sonic handles and tempers low-E glass products using a patented profiled high convection heating system. It can process all commercial and temperable glass types and is tailored to the off-line coated low-E glass products, according to the company release. The Glaston Group
