Protective case for vacuum lifters

Wood’s Powr-Grip, Laurel, Mont., introduced a protective case for its Powr-Grip MRT4 and MRTA6 vacuum lifters. The protective shipping and storage container is made from 100 percent recycled HDPE plastic and features a twin-sheet, vacuum formed construction, making it durable and water-resistant, according to a release. The outside of the plastic case has handles molded into the body on both ends to facilitate manual handling of the lifter. Wheels have been incorporated on one end to make short distance movement of the lifter manageable by one individual. Forklift access has been designed into all four ends of the case for more expedient loading and unloading, and special grooves have been molded into the exterior to make multiple cases stackable.
