Rotatable sputter target material
Belgium’s Bekaert added AZO, or zinc oxide with aluminum oxide, to its range of rotatable sputter target material for depositing transparent conductive oxide layers used in photovoltaic cells. TCO layers are essential building blocks for thin film PV applications where optical transmission and electrical conductivity are required simultaneously.
