Second Ledge System

MyGlassTruck.com will introduce the patent-pending, removable Second Ledge System that allows glass to be transported on the upper portion of a vehicle’s rack when the glass support ledge below is already occupied. The system increases glass carrying capacity by expanding the rack’s usable surface area and protects smaller or delicate glass by positioning it further from the road surface, according to the exhibitor. The Second Ledge System can be used with glass racks of all sizes. It includes four fully padded, steel “mini” ledges that quickly install and uninstall onto a row of E-track, sold separately.

In addition, the company will host a rack giveaway in its booth on the show floor. Attendees who make a donation to the Central and South Jersey Affiliates of Susan G. Komen for the Cure during GlassBuild America 2012 will be entered to win a full-size, aluminum rack. Giving away a glass rack to raise funds and awareness is part of MyGlassTruck.com's ongoing “Nice Rack” campaign, which is currently in its second year of making a donation to help fight breast cancer every time the company sells a glass rack.
