Cleveland-based Tremco Glazing Solutions will bring Proglaze SSG structural silicone glazing sealant which offers strength and flexibility for the most severe hurricane-blast conditions, according to a company release. The sealant helps absorb the energy from severe wind loads and sudden hard impact, while maintaining adhesion. Designed to perform under the most demanding two- or four-sided structural glazing applications, the sealant has tensile strength at maximum elongation of 350 pounds per square inch, among the highest currently available in the industry, according to the release.
