Sustainable sealants and adhesives

May National Associates Inc., Lakewood, N.J., announced the development of a sustainable line of Bondaflex sealants and adhesives that rely on renewable resources (soybeans) rather than fossil fuels to produce key polymers. The Bondaflex Soythane line will help architects, specifiers and contractors meet demand for using sustainable products to meet requirements for the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.
