Tecnoglass ceramic frit and screen printing

This year, Tecnoglass added a new ceramic frit glass printer, as well as a large-scale traditional screen printing machine, to its decorative division. The ceramic frit printer enables Tecnoglass to print reproductions in-glass of any multi-color photorealistic or graphic design, as well as simulate the appearance of wood, marble, metal, ceramics and textures, all with 720 DPI resolution. The ceramic frit printer can print any size glass up to 110 inches by 169 inches. The screen printing machine is able to print glass in sizes up to 130 inches by 260 inches, with the additional ability to print a ceramic frit perimeter band on any glass lite without having to make multiple screens, according to the fabricator.
