Glaston Bavelloni will present a new range of straight line edging and double edging machines with cup and peripheral wheels. The machines feature modern technology for quality finished products, reliability and decreased processing costs, according to a company release. The new Bavelloni Hiyon, Xtraedge and Helios lines include more than 10 models, available in a variety of configurations that can be customized to meet customer needs. Also at Vitrum, Glaston will showcase the newly launched Glaston-Tamglass RC200 entry-level tempering furnace designed to offer companies an affordable way to enter the glass tempering business. If offers low operating costs with continuous production, automated furnace functions for ease of use and comes complete with the new Tamglass Vortex convection system. Lastly, Glaston will promote the Glaston iLook online quality monitoring system for measuring roller wave and edge kink.
