Rinse dry module

The Glass Machinery Division -- formerly Sommer & Maca -- of C.R. Laurence Co., Los Angeles, introduced the CRL Rinse Dry Module for stand-alone or in-line operations.  It is a compact machine for intermediate rinsing of glass, thin films and solar panels that can be used at almost any stage in the manufacturing process, according to a release.  Rinsing is performed by two pairs of top and bottom PVC jet spray pipes, fed by a plant water source. After rinsing, a high-pressure blower blasts the panel dry, leaving it ready for the next process.  The CRL RDM module is available in various conveyor widths to suit any process.
