Thin-film coating applicators

Sono-Tek Corp. will promote its ultrasonic coating systems for the application of uniform, thin-film coatings onto float, solar, architectural and smart glass. Coatings include anti-stain, TCO, anti-reflection and photoresist products. The exhibitor’s coating systems are available in R&D, pilot-line and wide-area configurations designed to integrate seamlessly with high volume manufacturing lines. Its new high volume production system, Impact ARRAY, is fabricated with proprietary, chemically resistant ultrasonic nozzles for spraying corrosive acids in TCO layer formation using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis.
