Vertical edger and driller

During the show, CMS North America Inc. will feature the CMS Brembana Profile, a vertical CNC machine for profiled/polished edges, cut outs or drilling on all glass types. The machine doesn’t require set-up time, so a single operator can load and unload while parts are machined. Additionally, the Brembana Profile needs less floor space than alternatives and offers good water containment. Handling parts vertically eliminates breakage when moving glass between vertical and horizontal, and the Brembana can machine any shape that has at least one straight edge. Users can drill anywhere from both sides for perfect holes with arris or bevel, and automatic programming options and label scanning provide continuous production, according to the exhibitor. The machine has a modular design that can stand alone or be integrated into production lines to fit customers’ needs. Booth 1807.
