The PSI-601 acetoxy silicone sealant from Polymeric Systems, Phoenixville, Pa., cures to a durable, flexible rubber that offers excellent weatherability and adhesion to glass and other non-porous substrates, according to company literature. It is a UV- and ozone-resistant, non-yellowing, solvent-free, low-VOC product suitable for cap, head and toe bead in conventional glazing; curtain wall joints; non-structural glazing; glass block and glass partition installations; skylights; mullions; solar panels; and perimeter caulking of metal and most plastic frames. It is available in clear, white, black and aluminum.
