LandGlass/IGE

The LandGlass UltraJet Tempering Furnace, available from IGE Solutions, features OptiFlow Technology via a splitter in the convector of the heating oven that ensures convection evenness. Additionally, intelligent isoControl Technology provides an upgraded built-in heat control system that offers a smooth heating curve. The UltraJet dramatically reduces the edge kink defects occurring in the heating chambers, which significantly improves the flatness of the tempered glass.

The Vision 800 oscillating tempering furnace from Keraglass features a high-pressure blowing system inside the heating chamber, with a preheating air system that runs at 700 degrees Celsius. Bürkle North America will introduce a new glass laminating concept with its Platen Style Flat Glass Lamination System design. The IFL Lamination System replaces the current conventional autoclave process. The Bürkle IFL System is a multi-step process providing high-quality in-line lamination using a vacuum process in the first stage, and regular platen heating and platen product cooling in subsequent stages. The easy IFL lamination system provides uniform thermal oil heating to both sides of the glass simultaneously.
