Erdman Automation's Cohesive Bond High Speed (CBHS) line, paired with H.B. Fuller 4SG, introduces a dual-application method that changes how insulating glass units are built, enhancing speed, precision and long-term performance. CBHS allows for faster, smarter output that saves approximately 15 seconds per unit with cohesive bond high-speed design and applies the 4SG to both glass lites. Erdman Automation partnered directly with H.B. Fuller to develop an exclusive formula tailored for the CBHS line. 

Erdman Automation's Cohesive Bond High Speed (CBHS) line, paired with H.B. Fuller 4SG, introduces a dual-application method that changes how insulating glass units are built, enhancing speed, precision and long-term performance. CBHS allows for faster, smarter output that saves approximately 15 seconds per unit with cohesive bond high-speed design and applies the 4SG to both glass lites. Erdman Automation partnered directly with H.B. Fuller to develop an exclusive formula tailored for the CBHS line. 

RazorGage has recently upgraded its entry-level automated saw stop with a 10-inch tablet and now, the optional AutoList optimizing software can be added to the functions of the RGxT. While the larger screen is an improvement by itself, the availability of AutoList has been the biggest upgrade. AutoList optimizing saw software can be mapped to match a customer’s cutlist, will sort that list by multiple criteria and then calculate optimal cutting solutions to maximize the yield on the material. Just touch a line item and the RGxT moves to position. Pressing the “Part Cut” button decrements the quantity to ensure just what's needed is cut. Labels can also be printed for each part or one label printed for each stack.
