The Autoscreen SAC-845/55 automatic screen mesh and spline insertion machine automates the application of screen mesh and spline to a pre-assembled screen frame. The estimated typical cycle time for an 18- by 18-inch window screen frame is approximately 35 seconds, including all handling. Patio doors measuring up to 48 by 96 inches are processed by the larger SAC-855 Autoscreen, taking approximately 1 minute and 20 seconds to complete, including handling.
