My tradition is always on the second post of the year to review my predictions from the previous year and grade how they turned out. I am never always right or always wrong and looks like 2021 stayed in track with that.

Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of touring the offices and fabrication facility for Super Sky in Mequon, Wisconsin. Its current facility covers 115,000 square feet and includes an impressive manufacturing floor that features state-of-the-art automated fabrication equipment alongside reliable machining centers that have served the company for decades. Still, it is worth the effort to find them and make that sale.
Saying goodbye is a hard thing to do. I have had many people in my professional career that I have also had to say goodbye to in one form or another. These people are important to me as they helped shape who I have become in my career. Now more than ever, we should be keeping in touch and reaching out.
