NSG Group Releases First Quarter Report, Posts Strong Solar Energy Glass Sales in North America

NSG Group released its first quarter report for the fiscal year ending in March 2022. The report shows increased revenue across the group’s segments, and a return to net profitability.

In the report, officials state that some glass shipments in the company’s American operations were “constrained to some extent by low inventory levels due to cold repair and shortages of transportation capacity in North America.” However the sale of solar glass remained strong. By contrast, the company reports strong demand and high shipment volumes for South America.
