Commerce Announces Preliminary Determinations on Float Glass from China and Malaysia

On May 13, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary affirmative determinations in the countervailing duty investigations of float glass products from the China and Malaysia. Commerce is also conducting concurrent antidumping investigations of float glass products from China and Malaysia. 

Commerce's final determinations are expected in late September, ITC's final determinations in early November and the issuance of orders on November 13, 2025.
