Butylver TPS
Butylver TPS marks a step forward in the production of insulating glass units for both residential and large-scale structural projects. Developed by Fenzi, this four-in-one thermoplastic warm-edge spacer combines PIB and integrated desiccants to achieve ultra-low thermal conductivity, gas and moisture barrier performance and durable adhesion to glass.
Designed for integration with automatic applicators, Butylver TPS enables a fully automated production cycle that enhances precision, minimizes waste and maximizes productivity.
Butylver TPS is certified with EN 1279, ASTM E2189, ASTM E2190, UNI, RAL 520 and is now CEKAL validated.
Thermoflex
Thermoflex, Fenzi'’s flexible warm-edge spacer, is engineered from elastomeric foam rubber. Fully compliant with EN 1279 and E2190-10 standards, it is free from volatile components and offers low thermal conductivity values.
Its adaptable structure makes it ideal for curved or non-standard window shapes, providing adhesion and compatibility with all sealants and production systems. Whether integrated into automated lines or used for bespoke architectural projects, Thermoflex delivers a balance between design freedom and precision.
