Pacific Glazing Contractors announced that after more than a decade of service, company President and Chief Executive Officer Cassie Harker will be stepping away from her role at Pacific Glazing to pursue new entrepreneurial ventures. She will remain actively engaged with the company through mid-August to ensure a smooth transition.

As part of this transition, Pacific Glazing announced the appointment of Steve Watts as its new CEO. Watts brings over 35 years of experience in the glazing industry, with expertise in management and operations.

What PGC's founder says

“Cassie has been a driving force behind our growth and success, and we are deeply grateful for her exceptional leadership, vision, and lasting contributions,” says Company Founder Michael Wells.

“Steve is a seasoned industry leader with the operational expertise and strategic insight to take Pacific Glazing forward,” adds Wells. “We are confident his leadership will help lead PGC into its next phase of growth and innovation.” Watts expressed his enthusiasm for the opportunity: "I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of Pacific Glazing’s next chapter. It’s clear the company has a strong culture and deep talent—I’m looking forward to supporting that and helping shape what comes next." Pacific Glazing remains in a strong financial and operational position, supported by a healthy backlog, a dedicated team, and a clear mission: “ To build lasting partnerships through exceptional service and innovative glazing solutions .”
