Specialty Fenestration Group (SFG), parent company of Quikserv and US Bullet Proofing (USBP) has unveiled its latest investment in advanced manufacturing technology with the installation of a new Amada ENSIS 3015 AJe Series 3kW fiber laser cutting system.
About the system
The Amada ENSIS Series further automates the workflow, precision and automation in Quikserv’s fabrication department. The system features automatic material loading and unloading, powerful high-speed cutting, automated nozzle changing, and optimized beam control for cutting variable thicknesses. These features enable Quikserv to streamline production, enhance flow, maximize material use, and reduce secondary processes, reinforcing the company’s lean manufacturing focus.
