CRL Celebrates Grand Openings in Cincinnati and St. Louis
CRL held grand opening celebrations earlier this month for its newest locations in Cincinnati, Ohio, and St. Louis, Missouri. Both branches have been serving customers for several months.
The events gave customers a firsthand look at the new facilities, with official ribbon-cutting ceremonies, facility tours, local food trucks, a happy hour, grand prizes and the chance to meet the local CRL and Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) teams.
About the new branches
Both branches feature high-efficiency Will Call centers, multiple shipping and receiving docks, product showrooms, and dedicated space for customer consultation, training and collaboration. Customers in both markets have access to a growing selection of stocked products from CRL, OBE and U.S. Aluminum.
“We’re building the kind of company our customers have been asking for, one that brings more products, more inventory and more expertise closer to where they do business,” says Eric Kowalewski, chief commercial officer. “Cincinnati and St. Louis are proof that we’re not standing still. We’re bringing the strength of CRL and Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope together to create a true one-stop partner with the scale to deliver and the local presence to make a difference.”
The openings follow the April grand opening of CRL’s Tampa Service Center. Together, the three locations are part of a strategy to strengthen local market coverage, improve access to products and inventory, and give glazing partners greater local support, an approach CRL calls the CRL Local Advantage +.
