Euro-Wall Restructures Sales Organization

Euro-Wall LLC has restructured its sales organization to better serve construction and design professionals from first specification through installation.

The new structure extends Euro-Wall’s reach into additional target markets nationally and across the Caribbean. It also embeds architectural consultation directly within each territory. Organized around invigorated regional leadership, this restructuring brings senior expertise closer to architects, builders and glaziers to elevate efficiency through both planning and construction phases.

“We’re building the sales team of the future, and honestly, I’ve never been more excited about a roster. We’re aligning experienced leaders to the markets where our customers need us most, expanding into new regions, and making sure architectural expertise lives right alongside every one of our reps. Our dealers and design partners don’t work in a flowchart. They work fast, on real jobs, with real deadlines. So that’s how we’re showing up,” says Wade Mammon, vice president of sales.

The people behind the restructure

Anchoring the new sales structure, three Euro-Wall veterans and one new manager will help dealers and building professionals maximize potential market impact with both product knowledge and region-based performance understanding:

  • Euro-Wall Chief Product Officer Jordan Meeks has stepped into the director of sales, Southeast, position, bringing product knowledge directly to customers across the I-10 corridor, Coastal Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, and Euro-Wall’s expansion into Georgia and South Carolina.
  • David Diehl will leverage his experience leading Euro-Wall’s Logistics, Supply Chain, and Post Production Service operations for his new role as director of sales, Central & Soutwest Florida. Strengthening Euro-Wall’s presence in its home state, Diehl’s sales territory stretches from Daytona Beach to Port St. Lucie and Orlando through the Tampa–Sarasota corridor, with added coverage extending south to Fort Myers and Naples.
  • Mark Gallagher returns to Euro-Wall as director of sales & business development. He will lead growth across the company’s national target markets and the Caribbean. Concentrating on Target Market Accounts and national glazing partners, he will serve as both commercial lead and architectural resource to support design teams in pushing the boundaries of façade and fenestration specification.
  • In South Florida, Josiah Hendricks joins the team in a dedicated territory management role, ensuring responsive, day-to-day support in one of the region’s most demanding coastal and high-velocity hurricane zone markets.

Under the new model, architectural consultation is delivered directly by Euro-Wall’s regional directors within their own markets. Each representative will:

  • Host AIA presentations
  • Lead architectural meetings
  • Run joint events locally

“Everything we build starts with a relationship,” says Toby Bostwick, CEO of Euro-Wall. “With Wade’s leadership and this team, we get closer to the dealers and architects who put their name on the work. Growth initiatives are built market by market, and support is there when our partners need it. They are building remarkable projects, and we intend to be as invested in each one as they are. Enthusiasm is a competitive advantage.”
