GMV Appoints Pick and Place Lifting Equipment as New Dealer in Canada
GMV, a Danish manufacturer of intelligent lifting and material-handling equipment, is strengthening its international partner network with the appointment of Pick & Place Lifting Equipment as a new dealer in Canada. Pick & Place Lifting Equipment will sell and rent out GMV’s Winlet glazing robots, ErgoMover electric transport trolleys and Lasius compact pick & carry cranes to contractors and glazing specialists across the Canadian market.
The partnership gives Canadian customers local access to compact, practical and ergonomic lifting solutions designed to improve safety, efficiency and precision when handling glass, windows and other heavy materials on construction sites and in industrial environments.

Pick & Place Lifting Equipment has already received its first Winlet 600 and has ordered an additional Winlet 600 as well as the tracked Winlet 1000 Crawler glazing robot. These machines will form the first step in the company’s GMV rental fleet and support customers who need equipment for demanding glazing and material-handling tasks.
Pick & Place Lifting Equipment is based in Vancouver and provides professional glass lifting equipment for projects where manual handling is no longer the right solution. The company works with glazing robots, vacuum lifters and other lifting equipment for applications such as storefront glass, curtain wall, oversized panels, restricted-access interior glazing and rough-terrain installations.
