HHH Equipment Resources Appoints Vice President of Technical Operations
Salem Fabrication Technologies Group announced the promotion of Scott Poland to vice president of technical operations at HHH Equipment Resources, a division of SFTG.
Poland's experience and new role
Poland brings more than 12 years of glass industry experience, including a decade with HHH and SFTG supporting customers in glass processing, tempering and automation environments.
He joined the organization in 2015 as a field service technician and advanced through senior lead field service technician and director of technical operations, leading service strategy, technical support and operational improvements across the company. Before joining Salem, Poland held technical roles with Sigco and Glaston.
In his new role, he will oversee technical operations, field service strategy and continuous improvement initiatives as a member of the executive team.
