LiteSentry, Softsolution and Strainoptics Introduce New Chief Executive Officer

LiteSentry, Softsolution and Strainoptics have appointed Tim Bushaw as the group's new chief executive officer. In this role, he will lead operations at facilities in the U.S. and Europe, supporting the companies’ global customer base. 

Bushaw's experience and responsibilities

Bushaw brings 25 years of experience leading teams in industrial automation, including working directly with manufacturers, understanding how they use inspection and process-control systems on production floors, and using those insights to help improve products and services. 

As Group CEO, Bushaw will focus on three main areas: 

• Customer partnership: Understanding the group's customers’ needs and aligning capabilities to support them. 
• Product and technical leadership: Advancing development to solve real manufacturing challenges. 
• Operational and service excellence: Strengthening efficiency and performance across all businesses.
