Winco Window Company announced the promotions of Josh Johns and Jim Massara.
Johns' promotion
Johns has been promoted to sales manager, in-house sales reps. This move will enable Johns to provide local Winco sales reps with direct and dedicated support in the field.
In his new role as sales manager, Johns will work directly with Winco’s in-house sales reps. Johns joined Winco Window Company in 2019.
“I look forward to using my knowledge and skills to provide immediate response and effective window system solutions for our architectural sales reps and their clients,” says Johns.
Johns will work directly out of Winco’s St. Louis headquarters. He has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas.
Massara's promotion
Massara has been promoted from architectural sales representative to sales manager, independent sales representatives. This move will enable Massara to work directly with Winco’s independent reps nationwide.
Massara joined Winco Window Company as an Architectural Sales Rep in 2018. He has a 30-plus-year background in architecture and contracting and specializes in coastal properties in the United States.
“My role will make it easier for architects and builders to access the latest information on code changes, product upgrades, and other window-related data," says Massara.
Massara is based in St. Louis but will travel to locations as needed to meet with sales reps and their clients.
