Bavelloni SpA signed of an agreement with Mr. Teodoro Baldassarre for the opening of a new branch in Brazil.
The new subsidiary will be responsible for consolidating and developing the sales of new machines and tools in the Brazilian market, as well as providing on-site service support.
Teodoro Baldassarre will be appointed branch director; thanks to his extensive experience in the glass industry and in the Brazilian market, he will play a key role in the success of the new business, say company officials.
The establishment of the Brazilian branch is part of a growth process initiated a few years ago with the opening of two other sites, one in the U.S. and the other in Mexico, say company officials, and represents a milestone towards strengthening the presence of the Bavelloni brand in the world.
