Clover Architectural Products purchased the assets of American Custom Metal Corp. The new entity will be known as American Custom Fabrication and will be a separate company from Clover.  American Custom Fabrication will continue to provide quality architectural metals including convection covers, aluminum linear bar grilles, break metal and metal fabrication for the commercial sector.

Clover Architectural Products expects its sales in cladded doors and frames to expand, and also plans to grow its sales footprint for convection covers and grilles, among others.

“We are thrilled to be able to welcome American Custom to the Clover family,” says Tom O’Malley, partner, Clover Architectural Products. “[General Manager] Bill Anicich and his team have produced amazing work over the years, and we are excited to announce Bill is staying on board. His reputation is phenomenal and his continued presence with the company will help our clients feel comfortable that things will remain the same.”
