Mark Hackbarth, business director, North America Glass retired from H.B. Fuller after 42 distinguished years. Under Hackbarth’s leadership, H.B. Fuller has become a key market leader in the North American insulated glass industry, say company officials. The company would like to express its gratitude for Hackbarth’s dedication to the glass business, and to H.B. Fuller.
The company promoted Paul McHale to business director, North America Glass. McHale is uniquely positioned to assume the mantle of leadership from Mark Hackbarth, say officials. McHale joined H.B. Fuller in 2012 as an applications engineer and quickly demonstrated his leadership skills in applications engineering and technical service.
H.B Fuller also hired Charley Paul to fill the role of geographical sales manager for Northeast North America. Paul has a technical sales background and has experience solving customer problems and selling value-added solutions. Her technical abilities, strong communication skills, and sales experience will allow her to make an immediate impact on the company’s Americas glass team.
