Industry Veteran Doug Derusha Joins FHC

DeRushaFrameless Hardware Company LLC (FHC) has appointed industry giant Doug DeRusha to the position of Vice President of Sales for the company’s Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic Regions. Prior to joining FHC, DeRusha served as Sales Director for C.R. Laurence (CRL), where his tenure lasted 39 years, comprising leadership, sales and educational roles driving growth, market share and fostering customer relationships.

Since his start in the glass and glazing industry, DeRusha has been committed to delivering exceptional customer service and technical support, playing a pivotal role in such notable projects as: One World Trade Center, Boston Seaport District, Hudson Yards and Penn Station. His deep understanding of the industry landscape paired with regional connections and a stellar track record of leadership skillsets make him an invaluable addition to the growing FHC roster of expertise.

His responsibilities

In his new role, DeRusha is tasked with leading the sales efforts across the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions, growing the FHC footprint and brand. He’ll oversee strategic initiatives while collaborating closely with the FHC executive team to supply the customer service that FHC customers have come to expect. His wealth of knowledge and customer-focused approach align with the company’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions and unparalleled service to customers.
