After several years within the Sprimogroup, Synerglass-Soft is now becoming independent and embarking on a new phase of development. According to the company, this decision was made to accelerate its growth, strengthen its international presence and continue investing in innovation to serve professionals in the glass processing industry.
In this context, Jean-François Geys, CEO of Synerglass-Soft, and Peter Dixen, CRO of Synerglass-Soft, are investing directly in the company and joining its shareholder base. They are joined in this new shareholder structure by NOMAINVEST SA and WALLONIE ENTREPRENDRE SA.
For clients, this transition does not change the company's daily commitment. Its teams, contacts, ongoing projects, and services remain fully engaged.
"This new structure will enable us to further enhance our offering, accelerate the development of our solutions, invest in new technologies, and continue the evolution of our software ecosystem around Synerglass Symbiose, its add-ons, and our future innovations," say company officials in the release.
