Once a bustling car dealership in the 1950s, a five-story dealership and its parking garage has been transformed into upscale apartments and condos, the Garage apartments in New Orleans. Two fully automated, class-B freight elevators allow residents to self-park next to their residence.
The second floor windows were returned to their original state using Winco’s 3250 series Steel Replica windows set with laminated hurricane glass. Roll-up garage doors set bedrooms apart from the rest of the living space. A rooftop pool and sun deck, as well as 21,000 square feet of commercial space on the main level completes the package.
