Triple Silver Low-E Coated Glass

Guardian Glass' triple silver low-E coated glass is an advanced triple silver coating technology that delivers a consistently neutral reflected color regardless of viewing angle, while achieving a Light to Solar Gain (LSG) ratio of 2.41. SunGuard SNX 60+ glass has been engineered to maintain a uniform, neutral reflected color—whether monolithic or laminated (also with embedded coating). Inside, the glass offers a neutral transmitted color, allowing natural daylight to enter while helping to reveal the true colors of interior finishes and furnishings. To support clear views and transparent connections between indoors and outdoors, SunGuard SNX 60+ glass provides low external and internal light reflection—14% and 15% respectively.

Vacuum Insulated Glass

Saint-Gobain's INSIO vacuum insulated glass stands for insulation, innovation and optimization. INSIO is designed with ECLAZ coatings inside to reach optimum aesthetics and high insulating performance (expected Ug value below 0.4 W/(m²K) in hybrid version).

INSIO will also be available with its low-carbon glass ORAÉ, further enhancing its environmental benefits.

high-density polyurethane foam

AzoCore is a high-density polyurethane foam designed for poured-in-place insulating applications. As the thermal barrier material with the lowest conductivity, AzoCore enables commercial windows and doors to meet stringent global energy standards including Energy Star, Passive House and the International Energy Conservation Code. Azon customers can use Azon machinery for standard polyurethane applications and AzoCore. Both are backed by the Azon warranty umbrella for aluminum fenestration.

insulating profile

The insulbar LI insulating profile is now available in North America. Compared with standard profiles made from solid polyamide, the lambda value of insulbar LI is improved by 30% through a manufacturing process in which the polyamide material is foamed during extrusion. Existing window systems can be upgraded seamlessly with insulbar LI, requiring no system or process changes, and the same visual appeal and quality as traditional polyamide is maintained.
