In an internal communication, Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope announced that it will be closing its Midwest Glass Fabricators facilities in Highland, Michigan, and Louisville, Kentucky, effective August 11.
OBE officials say that they will continue to serve customers with products manufactured at nearby OBE facilities, they expect no impact on delivery schedules and Midwest Glass Fabricators customers will continue to work with the sales, estimating, and customer service teams.
This news comes on the heals of an another announcement from OBE about the closure of its Hauppauge, New York facility.
