glasstec 2026 to Feature an Architecture Forum

The Architecture Forum at glasstec 2026 will bring together architects and experts to discuss the role of AI, digital technologies and glass in climate-neutral architecture. The session, titled "Next Level Architecture – Digital Technologies and Glass in Climate-Neutral Architecture," will take place October 22 in Düsseldorf, Germany. glasstec runs October 20–23, 2026.

Confirmed speakers include Professor Stefan Behling of Foster + Partners, Aser Gimenez Ortega of MVRDV, Matthew Oravec of Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), Martin Reuter of ingenhoven associates, Antonino Vultaggio of HPP Architekten, Philipp Eichstädt of seg architekten, Dr. Lisa Rammig of Eckersley O'Callaghan, and Joachim Wendt of schneider+schumacher. Professor Dr. Jutta Albus of Bochum University will host the forum.

The program will feature projects and examples showing how digital technologies, materials and integrated planning approaches are being applied to architecture and building envelopes. One keynote will be delivered by Behling, whose past projects include Apple Park in Cupertino and Bloomberg's London headquarters.

The Chamber of Architects of North Rhine-Westphalia (AKNW) is again partnering with the forum.
