GGI Provides Update on COVID-19 Precautions

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Brad Thurman, vice president – sales and marketing, fabricated glass, at GGI issued the following statement on behalf of the company:
In addition to the communication we emailed on Friday, I wanted to take a moment and provide an update on our operations and the precautions we are taking to help minimize the chances that COVID-19 is spread. GGI is open for business and we are delivering product on time. The customer service team and all company departments remain available via phone and email. Our supply chain remains strong, our workforce is healthy, and our lead-times remain short.
Our team has stepped up our efforts to clean facilities, equipment and vehicles. We have asked our drivers to continue helping unload orders, with the understanding that they don’t make physical contact. We have asked our outside sales team members to communicate via phone, email and text messaging instead of office visits. Our office remains open for customer pick-up; however, we ask that you please contact customer service 24 hours in advance. We will have the materials and paperwork prepared ahead of time to minimize your time at GGI.
