Isoclima Group Acquires Global Security Glazing, Dlubak

Isoclima Group, a supplier of high performance glass and transparent solutions, acquired Global Security Glazing and Dlubak Specialty Glass Corp. from SSI Consolidated Holdings.

The Isoclima Group was established in 1977, in Este, in the province of Padua in Italy's Northeast.
