Soft Tech Implements Response to COVID-19

Soft Tech leadership has implemented precautionary measures in response to COVID-19, including asking staff to work from home.

In an email, co-CEOs Tyron Ball and Rowan Hick outlined the following policies:

  1. We have asked our staff to work from home wherever possible. As a technology company, we are in the fortunate position of being able to easily transition to remote working without impacting our day to day operations. In fact, it is a practice we have exercised for some time already in order to support our staff when needed. We will ensure all team members have the tools and access required to continue to support and delight you during this window.
  2. We have asked staff to avoid domestic and international travel at this time. Fortunately, we have great internal communication and video conferencing technology at Soft Tech, meaning we can all continue to stay connected.
  3. We have postponed group gatherings including Soft Tech training, conferences and events until further notice.  For those with specific training sessions booked we will be in contact with you for alternative arrangements.
