Users can search open or closed orders, open quotes, and navigate to a customer's address. Digital Shippers allows users to digitize documents to eliminate lost or damaged paperwork. User customers can digitally sign for received material within the system, which then automatically uploads signed documents to the user database.

In collaboration with Viprotron, A+W launched iShape, which offers glass processors flexible solutions for generating digital data from templates. Older systems required special equipment and calibration, which is expensive and time-consuming. iShape is a user-friendly, easy-to-use app that allows users to photograph templates using a smartphone surrounded by reference points. The reference points fasten to a wall and correct any photographic distortions. Then the image is emailed and displayed in A+W CAD Designer, where it transforms into a stream of points defined by arcs and lines. 

Smart-Builder added new features to Smart-Toolbox, its glazing job management solution. Glaziers can now track job and purchase order progress with automatically calculated statuses. Users can instantly see if an order has been sent, is overdue or is awaiting payment. Glaziers can also mark jobs as “accurately measured” to ensure only glass that is ready for ordering is sent to the supplier. Glaziers can link the schedule to Google Calendar and Google Drive, so anyone in the field can download paperwork and upload photos while onsite or on the road.
