The glazing contractor seele announced that Gerhard Seele is transferring his majority stake in the company to his son Michael, who will take over the corporate responsibility for the group from now on. Gerhard Seele will remain managing director of seele group GmbH.
Gerhard Seele is particularly pleased that he is able to place the ‘baton’ in responsible hands at this stage, as Michael Seele has already been working in the company for 18 years.
Michael Seele is happy to take on these tasks: “We constantly set new milestones in architecture. To achieve this, we work with the latest digital tools and robotics and have a very efficient supply chain worldwide,” he says. “The transformation in the areas of digitalization and sustainability are already being successfully implemented in the company. I am very excited to lead this highly innovative group of companies into the future and to be available to our partners worldwide.”
No changes are planned in the management or at the top of seele group GmbH. Gerhard Seele will continue to be the managing director of seele group GmbH. Siegfried Gossner, co-founder of the seele group of companies, is represented on the supervisory board and continues to be available to the company as a technical advisor.
