Nippon Sheet Glass announced that Shigeki Mori will be stepping down from his position as president and CEO of the company, effective April 1, and Munehiro Hosonuma will take his place. Hosonuma currently serves as vice president and chief operating officer of the company.
Mori will retire from the board of directors and representative executive officer and be appointed as executive officer, chairperson of the company at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in late June.
