FHC Names New Operations Manager

decorativeThe Frameless Hardware Company (FHC) announced the appointment of Johnny Gonzales as operations manager. With over three decades of experience in operations management, logistics and customer service, Gonzales will play a key role in driving efficiency, scalability and operational excellence.

Gonzales' career

Gonzales began his career in 1992 at CRL in Los Angeles as a warehouse order puller. He earned a series of promotions — from receiving lead to packaging supervisor and ultimately warehouse manager.

In 2021, Gonzales was promoted to director of operations at CRL, overseeing the company’s West Coast service center region. He played a pivotal role in nationwide expansion efforts, managing the planning, execution and launch of multiple branch locations across the continental United States.

Gonzales’ appointment marks the latest in a series of strategic leadership additions as FHC continues to expand its manufacturing, testing, distribution capabilities and overall market share throughout North America. His first order of business will be the opening of the company’s new East Coast Super Center in Teterboro, New Jersey.
