Steves & Sons announced the appointment of Chris Cook, Nick Palmer, Daniel White and Michael Vancleave to key leadership roles within the company.
"We are thrilled to welcome these accomplished leaders who bring a unique set of skills and expertise to their new roles at Steves & Sons," says Doug Gartner, president. "They will play a key role in helping us continue to deliver on our promise of quality, service and innovation as the company grows.”
About the appointments
In their new roles as general managers, White and Palmer will lead Steves & Sons door plants. White will oversee the Lebanon, Tennessee facility, while Palmer will manage the Brigham City, Utah plant.
Palmer’s appointment coincides with Steves & Sons’ completion of a 100,000-square-foot expansion at its Utah facility, which employs 135 people and features a new robotic prime line. The project increases manufacturing capacity, enhances warehouse space and improves material flow. These improvements will optimize operations, reduce lead times and boost the company’s ability to meet growing demand in the region.
Cook joins Steves & Sons as a multifamily specialist and will lead business development initiatives across the Southeast. Vancleave, who takes on the role of area sales manager, will focus on strategic program development and key product lines across the Midwest.
“We are entering a new era of growth and expanding across the country. These experienced, results-driven leaders will chart the course in helping shape the future of Steves & Sons,” says Sam Bell (Tres) Steves III, chief executive officer.
