From October 20 to 23, 2026, A+W Software will be exhibiting at glasstec in Düsseldorf, Germany. In Hall 14, Booth E59, the company will showcase new and enhanced software solutions for dispatch, logistics, automation, and artificial intelligence in flat glass processing.
The focus of this year’s glasstec booth is on how software can significantly simplify complex processes in glass manufacturing. Visitors can test the applications live at the booth, run through specific scenarios, and speak directly with A+W product experts.
The spotlight starts with A+W Smart Companion Dispatch: After unveiling the design prototype in 2024, A+W Software is bringing the market-ready product to Düsseldorf in 2026. This mobile solution supports dispatch teams with order picking, loading, route planning, and digital documentation directly on industrial scanners, smartphones, or tablets. A+W Software will also provide a first look at the next addition to the A+W Smart Companion family: A+W Smart Companion Delivery.
Another focus is on logistics and dispatch optimization. With A+W Logistics Optimizer, A+W Software shows how route planning and delivery processes can be managed more transparently and coordinated more efficiently.
Automation will also be live and on display: A+W Glass Lab demonstrates how software, machines, and end-to-end data flows work together and how A+W Smart Factory intelligently supports production processes.
With Mira, A+W is also bringing its artificial intelligence to the trade show. Visitors will see firsthand how A+W Order Entry AI powered by Mira processes order information, identifies relevant data, and supports order entry in the ERP system.
Another important highlight is the presentation by Sebastian Dick, Manager Innovations at A+W Clarity, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 11 a.m. at A+W’s booth. The focus will be on Mira, current AI developments, and new features for practical application.
“For us, glasstec is not only a showcase for new technologies, but above all a place for genuine exchange with the industry. We want to demonstrate how our solutions help manufacturers solve real-world challenges: in dispatch, logistics, production, and the intelligent support of workflows,” says Dennis Tiegs, COO of A+W Clarity.
All of the solutions presented share a common goal: to help glass processors better integrate their processes, reduce manual effort, and remain responsive even as complexity increases.
