FrontLine Bldg. Products Breaks Ground on Plant Expansion

FrontLine Bldg. Products Inc. broke ground on a 45,000-square-foot expansion at its facility in Medford, Wisconsin.

Planned improvements include the installation of ESFR sprinkler systems throughout both the new and existing facility, a new 3-phase 480 volt electrical service and an upgraded dust collection system. Construction is expected to be completed in summer 2026.

The project is being constructed in partnership with Bayland Buildings, who joined FrontLine leadership and team members at the groundbreaking ceremony. The expansion is expected to support future growth and create additional employment opportunities in the Medford area.

Several divisions within The Bay Family of Companies contributed building components to the project. Bay Insulation Systems provided roof and wall insulation for the facility. EXPI-DOOR Systems Inc. supplied exterior and interior doors. FrontLine Bldg. Products also incorporated its own entry doors and select window products into the expansion.
