Gardner Glass and Walker Glass announced a series of management appointments.

New appointments

Danik Dancause has been appointed marketing director for both Gardner and Walker. Formerly marketing operations manager at Walker Glass, Dancause brings a quarter-century of experience with the company, along with expertise in marketing strategy, communications and brand development. In his new role, he will oversee integrated marketing initiatives across both firms.

“I’m very excited that Danik has accepted the challenge to oversee and integrate Gardner and Walker’s Marketing function. He is one of the most passionate and committed people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. His deep understanding of the glass industry and creative flair will serve him well as we roll out our marketing plans for 2026," says Charles Alexander, senior vice president of sales and marketing.

On the sales side, Chris Reavis has been named sales director for Dreamwalls Products, succeeding Jim Ventre following his recent retirement. Reavis has been with Gardner Glass for more than a decade and brings additional decades of experience in business and operations management.

In addition, Alexander has appointed Alan Harrison to manage Gardner’s sales force at the Huntsville, Texas, plant. Harrison also oversees Walker’s North American sales team in his role as sales director. Both operations provide stock sheet products and solutions to the market. Harrison started with Walker 19 years ago as a member of the firm’s customer service team. He was promoted to sales representative, where he built Walker’s sales presence throughout the USA’s eastern region.

“Chris and Alan possess tremendous industry experience, customer knowledge and superior management skills. I look forward to working closely with them as we continue to integrate Gardner and Walker sales operations and grow the Dreamwalls brand – all with the goal of surpassing our customers’ expectations,” says Alexander.
