PanoCourt Constructs Panoramic Glass Padel Courts

Padel, a doubles racquet sport played inside an enclosed court, relies heavily on glass. A panoramic padel court replaces the corner steel posts of a classic court with a continuous run of tempered glass, giving players and spectators an unobstructed view.

PanoCourt (PANO), a padel court factory in Hebei Province, China, builds its panoramic courts with custom tempered glass panels in 10 millimeter or 12 millimeter thickness, drilled with 2, 4 or 8 holes depending on the fixing system. The glass is held by 304/316 stainless steel fittings on a Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel frame (zinc at least 60 microns) finished with a three-layer anti-corrosion coating of 85 to 100 microns.

Because the glass walls are part of play, the ball rebounds off them, so panel thickness, flatness and the fixing pattern all matter for safety and consistent rebound. PanoCourt has more than 10 years of experience in sports fencing and steel structures and has produced OEM padel court systems for European clients for several years.
