Enis Kökeş has been appointed chief procurement officer at Şişecam. In his new role, he will lead Şişecam’s procurement operations with a comprehensive, integrated approach, overseeing strategy, performance and risk management across all procurement activities.
Kökeş' experience
Kökeş began his professional career at Maersk in 1997 working in customer coordination and sales roles. After completing his master’s degree, he joined Arçelik in 2004 in the purchasing function. As of 2011, he assumed purchasing leadership responsibilities across different material categories. In 2015, he was appointed as Purchasing Manager, Head of Metals - Raw Materials. In 2021, he became Purchasing Director at Arçelik-Hitachi and based in Bangkok. As of April 2024, he served as Vice President of Purchasing and Executive Director at Milan-based Beko Europe B.V. Enis Kökeş assumed his role as Chief Procurement Officer at Şişecam as of February 16, 2026.
