Erie Architectural Products Hires John Cookson as National Sales Manager

Erie Architectural Products Group, a subsidiary of YKK AP America, hired John Cookson as national sales manager. 

Cookson's experience

Cookson enters this role with more than 18 years of global experience in the glass and glazing industry. Cookson will work closely with glazing contractors and architects to provide a complete end-to-end service experience, from conceptual design to construction completion.

Prior to joining Erie AP, Cookson worked with facades company, Schüco Southeast Asia, where he was responsible for the company’s Southeast Asia Technical and Engineering Operations. He led a team of 11, covering seven nationalities and four core regions. Cookson has also spent time working at Kawneer, Sapa Building Systems and Saint-Gobain. Throughout his career, Cookson has built, developed and led teams with a focus on creating a culture of excellence, collaboration and sales success.
