The Dayton Daily News reported that David Burrows’ lawsuit against his former employer, Fuyao Glass America, was ordered to mediation by U.S. Magistrate Judge Sharon Ovington. Burrows was a former executive at the company, who was let go by the company in 2016, along with then-President, John Gauthier. Burrows sued Fuyao in 2017 for breach of contract, defamation, among other charges.
